Essential Responsibilities:

- Maintain structured systems (digital) for storing documents
- Ensure naming conventions and filing standards are followed
- Track revisions and updates so everyone uses the latest version
- Archive outdated versions properly
- Share documents with the right people at the right time
- Maintain records of approvals, finals, changes, and workflows
- Log documents into tracking systems
- Work with Engineers to collect and update documents
- Perform back-up duties to other team members
- Assist with Shop Prints
- Assist with Finals
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates or technical degree in Business or related field.
- One year of related experience.
- Detail Oriented
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good organization and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent work record and attendance.
- Efficient in Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
