Essential Responsibilities:
 
  • Maintain structured systems (digital) for storing documents
  • Ensure naming conventions and filing standards are followed
  • Track revisions and updates so everyone uses the latest version
  • Archive outdated versions properly
  • Share documents with the right people at the right time
  • Maintain records of approvals, finals, changes, and workflows
  • Log documents into tracking systems
  • Work with Engineers to collect and update documents
  • Perform back-up duties to other team members
  • Assist with Shop Prints
  • Assist with Finals

Minimum Qualifications:
 
  • Associates or technical degree in Business or related field.
  • One year of related experience.
  • Detail Oriented
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent work record and attendance.
  • Efficient in Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
